Terms of Use
Version of 13 August 2026 · published by Tojii · tojii.samaa@gmail.com
1. Purpose
Claude Usage is a Windows 11 application that displays the usage of a Claude account and, at the user's choice, publishes quota reset deadlines to their Google Calendar. Installing it means accepting these terms.
2. Licence
The publisher grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. The software may not be resold, nor redistributed in modified form, without the publisher's written consent.
3. Third-party accounts
The software connects to services that you alone control: your Claude account at Anthropic and, if you enable it, your Google account. Their use remains subject to those providers' own terms. The publisher is not responsible for any change, interruption or suspension of those services.
4. Updates
The software checks for new versions and installs them automatically. Every release is signed and verified before installation. You can turn this check off in the settings.
5. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of availability or freedom from error. The figures shown are indicative and depend on what third-party services report. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the software, in particular for a decision taken on the basis of a usage estimate.
6. Price
The software is currently made available free of charge. A paid version may be offered later; it will not retroactively change the terms of an existing installation.
7. Termination
You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it. The steps to erase all data are listed in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
