C Claude Usage

Windows 11 desktop widget

Your Claude quota, always in sight.

Claude Usage sits on your desktop as a slim bar. It shows what is left for the current session and for the week, and warns you before you run out in the middle of something.

What it does

Session and week

Two gauges read straight from your Claude account, refreshed continuously, with the exact time of the next reset.

History

Your usage peaks are kept on your own machine to estimate what is left before the period ends.

Calendar reminders

Optional. Reset deadlines can be published to your Google Calendar, in a dedicated calendar the app creates.

Automatic updates

New versions install themselves and the widget restarts. Every release is signed; an unsigned one is refused.

The Google Calendar link

It is optional and off by default — the widget works fully without it. When you turn it on, the app creates a separate calendar named Claude Usage and writes one event per reset deadline. You then know from your phone, or from your work calendar, when your quota comes back.

The app only writes to the calendar it created. It never reads the contents of your other calendars, never modifies them, and never exports an event. Everything is spelled out in the privacy policy.

Where your data lives

  • On your computer, inside your Windows profile — settings, history, logs.
  • No account to create, no server collecting your usage.
  • The only exchange with us is downloading updates.

Installing

Download the archive, extract it, then double-click Installer.cmd. It installs into your user profile without administrator rights and creates the startup shortcut. Later updates arrive on their own.
